Rio Santiago is a privately owned property which is generally located between Santiago Canyon Road on the south, Mabury Avenue on the north, Cannon street on the west, and Orange Park Boulevard on the east. For more than 50 years, the Rio Santiago site has been used for an extensive asphalt and concrete crushing/ recycling and back filling operation.
